All sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged. Please check sizes against the size guide and colours against the garment page before ordering, and contact Client Services with any question before you buy.

If a garment arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, write to info@elysianhgc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs, and the house will make it right.
